ZSnowns 15-Day Return Policy

At ZSnowns, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our team at within 15 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  3. We’ll send you instructions for shipping your item back.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

  • Exchanges are processed as soon as your return is approved.

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
